How we work
Four commitments. They are specific enough to be broken, which is the only kind worth publishing.
Small teams, senior people
The engineers in the pitch are the engineers on the work. There is no layer of junior delivery underneath a senior name on a slide.
Working software every two weeks
Not a status report — something deployed that you can use. If a fortnight passes without that, something has gone wrong and we say so.
We plan for the handover
Documentation, runbooks and pairing are part of the engagement, not an afterthought. A consultancy you cannot leave is a dependency, not a partner.
